About the Project
In the visually gripping series ‘1000 Babies’, our VFX team played a key role in bringing the creators’ surreal and psychological world to life. Set in a near-futuristic medical facility and branching into darkly imaginative sequences, the show demanded a seamless blend of realism and visual abstraction—precisely where our craft thrived.
Realistic 3D Baby Modeling & Animation,
One of the show’s most striking elements is the presence of hyper-realistic newborns in emotionally intense sequences. Our artists developed detailed 3D baby models with lifelike skin textures, subtle facial expressions, and fluid animations that aligned with the show’s emotional gravity.
3D Set Extensions & Asset Multiplication Several scenes were filmed on minimal sets and later extended into expansive high-tech labs, neonatal wards, and sterile corridors. Using digital matte painting and 3D modeling, we created depth and scale while populating the space with replicated assets—beds, incubators, tech units—to make every frame feel immersive.To heighten tension in key sequences, we deployed dynamic simulations such as blowing dust, dry leaves swirling through corridors, flickering lights, and drifting smoke—all contributing to the chaotic and unpredictable atmosphere central to the plot.From biometric monitors to brain-scan visualizers and live-feed tech interfaces, we crafted and composited multiple futuristic UI animations. Screens were seamlessly replaced in post to reflect the evolving narrative and high-stakes tension. Many scenes were shot against a green screen and transformed into dramatically different environments—from underground bunkers to surreal dreamscapes—without breaking the visual continuity of the story. Color played a critical role in mood-setting. We handled advanced color grading, especially for dreamlike or hallucination-driven sequences—infusing scenes with a surreal tone through stylized palettes, soft contrasts, and glitch-like overlays.
